Payment Policy – Onlinetec

At Onlinetec, we strive to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and secure. As part of our commitment to safe transactions, we currently accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Bank Transfer only as our method of payment.

1. Accepted Payment Method

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Bank Transfer
    Customers can pay for their orders directly via EFT into our company’s designated bank account.

2. Payment Instructions

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an invoice and banking details via email.

  • Please ensure that you use your Order Number or Full Name as the payment reference to avoid delays.

  • Payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) only.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment reflects in our bank account.

  • Proof of payment may be emailed to onlinetecptyltd@gmail.com to speed up verification.

4. Payment Deadline

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.

5. Order Processing

  • Processing of your order begins once payment has cleared.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

6. Security of Transactions

  • As we do not store card details or use third-party processors for now, EFT ensures a direct and secure transaction between you and our bank.

7. Important Notes

  • Onlinetec will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect references or banking errors.

  • Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

  • Any bank charges related to the transfer are the responsibility of the customer.
